Fee Structure:
We have devised a flexible fees structure for client to choose amongst the most convenient options:-
PACKAGE- I (PI)
In PI package, we charge on per hearing/appearance basis on the mutually agreed fees between us and client. Such fees vary from case to case and Court to Court basis.
PACKAGE-II (PII)
In PII package, we provide consolidated package on case to case basis. In this case, client have to deposit 60% of the total agreed fees before the first date of hearing and further 20% shall be payable after two months and the remaining 20% shall be payable two months thereafter.
PACKAGE-III (PIII)*
In PIII package, we provide a lump sum fees to the client on case to case basis. Client has to deposit 40% of the agreed fees and the remaining fees can be paid on equal installment.
DRAFTING AND DOCUMENTATION PACKAGE (PIV)
In PIV package, fees for the preparation of Documents and Drafting of all kinds are available on request. We will send the quotation on your specific requirement.
